Lebanese cooking, served slowly
Maison du Cèdre is a Lebanese tasting house in an old Gemmayzeh house on Gouraud Street. We cook the dishes we grew up with — mezze, grills and sweets — with care for the produce and for the pace of the evening.
At the table
The menu follows the market: cold mezze to open, hot mezze to share, then the grill over charcoal, and a house sweet to close. Tell us about any allergy when you order, and the kitchen will guide you.
